Zuma Hong Kong, the long-time favourite in Central is turning 13 this June. In celebration, the contemporary izakaya is launching a limited-time Birthday Tasting Menu to revisit the beloved dishes from the opening of Zuma London back in 2002. With Father’s Day just around the corner, Zuma will once again be the perfect destination to impress your superdad with its Father’s Day weekend brunch.
The Birthday Tasting Menu (HKD 980 per person) will take diners back to the culinary root of Zuma, and is inspired by dishes from the original menu of Zuma London in 2002. Highlights include Sliced Seared Beef with Oriental Dressing, Tuna Tataki with Chili Daikon and Garlic Crisps, Rib Eye Steak with Wafu Sauce and Garlic Crisps, and Raspberry and Almond Silky Tofu with Yoghurt Ice Cream – the dessert specially curated by Asia’s Headpastry chef Eddy Lee and Zuma’s co-founder Rainer Becker when Zuma London first opened. Guests visiting the restaurant for dinner from 12th to 14th June will also be served a complimentary glass of champagne to start the exclusive weekend experience.

This Father’s Day, Zuma is adding a sophisticated twist on its classic weekend brunch to spoil the superman in your life. The legendary Father’s Day Weekend Brunch will honour the gentlemen with Gyaku Manhattan on Sunday, a refreshing blend of chorizo fat-washed rye whisky with house vermouth and Zuma bitters. The feast will be extended to 2.5 hours with free-flow champagne, where guests have the option to choose for a limited time, an incredible 2kg Australian Wagyu Tomahawk from Rangers Valley (an additional HKD 980 with 3day advanced pre-order). To level up the treat, don’t miss the artistically crafted dessert platter featuring Bailey’s Flavoured Chocolate Chawanmushi, Chocolate Fondant with Caramel Cream Puffs, Chocolate Brownies with Chocolate Truffle, Chocolate and Vanilla Ice Cream as the sweet finale to finish off the afternoon.
