The festive culinary journey continues with holiday-inspired appetisers such as Turkey and Wild Mushroom Terrine with Cranberry Sauce, Shrimp and Fresh Fruit Salad with Honey Yoghurt Dressing, alongside a selection of healthy salads and cold cuts.Besides, don’t miss the Housemade Foie Gras Mousse, a tasty and silky delight perfect to be enjoyed with crackers, apricot, grapes and walnuts.
The tempting selection of grilled delights from the buffet spread is also under the spotlight! All ingredients are served fresh off the sizzling grill. Other mouth-watering barbecued delights such as Oven-roast U.S. Beef Ribeye and Honey-glazed Gammon Ham are ready to whet your appetite.
