DAY TRIPS FROM NAPOLI WITH OSTERIA MARZIA

Napoli, located on the south-west coast of Italy, is a benchmark for coastal cuisine. Osteria Marzia proudly takes inspiration from the city and explores the diverse cooking traditions which vary as you travel along the scenic seafront. This four-course menu pays tribute to the region, and includes a selection of antipasti, pasta, catch of the day cooked to your preference and dolce as you travel on a road trip through Campania, Puglia and down to Sicily.

BUENOS AIRES STEAKHOUSE CLÁSSICOS WITH BUENOS AIRES POLO CLUB

Buenos Aires Steakhouse Clássicos ($400 per person) is a new menu designed for two to share that provides a taste of what makes Buenos Aires home to some of the world’s greatest steakhouses. Embark on a three-course culinary journey across the dynamic city, and experience signatures inspired by steakhouse juggernauts Cabaña Las Lilas and Don Julio including classic Empanadas, General Pico brand Argentine pure Black Angus 14oz Sirloin and Malvaviscos.

Tradition states that no Argentinian meal can be complete without a pour of the region’s finest Malbec. With the largest cellar of Malbec outside of Buenos Aires, you are spoilt for choice, but the menu is best accompanied by a glass ($198), or bottle ($998), of Viña Cobos Bramare Malbec Uco Valley 2016.

STREET SNACKS & KARI WITH HOTAL COLOMBO

Get a glimpse into the heart of Sri Lanka as you feast on a moreish menu of street snacks and kari that transport you to the hole-in-the-wall eateries called ‘hotals’. Places filled not with rooms but purely with foods, and run entirely by families, by mothers and their children, or by brothers or cousins. Where a communal meal of small snacks is tradition, and recipes span generations. 

At Hotal Colombo, jump on a journey through the warm and bustling streets of Colombo and get a taste of Chef Gizzy’s heritage, with dishes like the Chicken Kari, a recipe passed down to her from her grandmother, to the Hopper with Kiri Hodi, Pol Sambol and Lunu Miris, a dish that can be found on every corner.
