Zuma Hong Kong, the celebrated modern izakaya that needs no introduction is always keen on bringing new cocktail experiences to its guests. This March, the bar is adding a new caffeinated concoction – Nitro Espresso Martini (HKD 120) into its cocktail menu to keep you buzzed allday and night.
Bar manager Lorenzo Coppola has reinvented the classic libation with his whimsical flair and Mr Black – the cold brew coffee liqueur roasted and distilled in Australia. Nitro Espresso Martini is served straight from the tap (nitrogen generator), featuring Mr Black cold brew coffee liqueur, Ketel One Citroen vodka, banana, house coffee blend, cocoa with the freshness of kaffir lime and ginseng.
The mixture with nitrogen is released through a pressurized valve with tiny holes, delivering a dense and silky-textured drink. For those who are fans of Zuma’s legendary brunches, Nitro Espresso Martini would be the perfect tipple to unwind during the feast.
