Brand New Evening High Tea Experience at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong

In celebration of the time-honoured  Mid-Autumn Festival, Kowloon Shangri-La has created a first-of-its-kind Evening High Tea experience begins at sundown. This unique high tea menu blends gourmet seasonal ingredients from around the world with elegant Chinese condiments all displayed in a charming golden bird cage dressed in seasonal flowers.

This new Evening High Tea experience is available from 6 to 9pm daily in the month of September. From Smoked Salmon in Rice Wrapper, Crab Meat Cake with Mango Chutney, Black Pepper Beef Puff with Chili Jam to a host of scrumptious sweet and savoury nibbles, this brand new relaxation is served the hotel’s lobby lounge surrounded by glittering crystal chandeliers, Italian Statuario marble, a delicate fountain and floor-to-ceiling bay windows displaying a picturesque view of the stunning Victoria Harbour. Each guest can select two of the Snow Skin Ice Cream Cakes in five different flavours to round off the evening with chewy fluffy bites!
